Pandora by Daniel Vieira, finalist in the IX Mouillette d’Argent perfume competition
The competition, held in May 2026 in Barcelona, brings together numerous independent perfumers from around the world each year, as well as various fragrance houses such as Iberchem, which are committed to recognizing the talent of their perfumers.
Pandora is a deep and mystical perfume inspired by patchouli, the featured note of the 9th edition of the international perfumery competition Mouillette d’Argent.
The fragrance opens with green and earthy notes that blend with the freshness of tropical fruits. As it evolves, it ventures deeper into the jungle, revealing darker nuances, like wild orchids blooming far from the light. In the base, patchouli and vetiver notes bring mystery and authenticity to the fragrance.

About Daniel Vieira
Daniel Vieira has been a perfumer at Iberchem since completing the IRIS training program. Born in Venezuela, he grew up and studied in a bilingual school that allowed him to learn English from a very young age. Thanks to having part of his family living in the United States, he was able to strengthen his language skills and gave him a more international outlook.
After this stage, he moved with his family to Spain, where he completed undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Chemical Engineering. Since joining Iberchem, he has trained as a laboratory analyst and soon entered the IRIS program to become a perfumer. In 2026, he was named a finalist in the international perfumery competition Mouillette d’Argent with his fragrance Pandora.
