Iberchem Introduces NEXALIS: A Centralized Platform for Order Documentation
With the launch of NEXALIS, the company enhances customer experience by providing immediate access to the technical and financial information for each order. This tool allows customers to quickly and easily access documentation, enabling more agile and efficient communication.

What is NEXALIS?
It is a platform where customers can access all documentation related to the fragrances included in their orders or quotations. They can find both technical documentation (technical data sheet, IFRA, allergens, etc.) and financial documentation (quotation, order confirmation, and invoice). Customers can also check the status of their requests, such as the current stage of their order (pending production, shipped, etc.) or their sample requests.
What advantages does this tool offer customers?
It provides autonomy and immediacy. Iberchem and Scentium operate worldwide and receive documentation requests 24 hours a day. This platform allows customers to download the required documents at the exact moment they need them, without having to request them.
Who was involved in the development of the tool?
The three pillars supporting this tool are the Sales Department, responsible for direct customer relationships; the Logistics Department, which has identified the various requirements for importing goods into each market; and the IT Department, which enables the development and maintenance of the platform.
Will the tool be updated in the future?
We continue working to fully unlock the potential of NEXALIS. We are evaluating the incorporation of additional documents that customers may need, thereby creating a more comprehensive database that reduces waiting times and improves process flow and transparency, increasing customer satisfaction with every order.
